Our work with Calm on the Recharge Podcast centers on transforming a thoughtful audio experience into a multi-channel growth engine. Designed to elevate Calm’s authority in the mental health and wellness space, the Recharge Podcast campaign integrates audience acquisition, content amplification, and lead generation strategies across owned, earned, and paid media. With a benchmark goal of breaking into the Top 40 mental health podcasts, our approach focuses on data-backed channel architecture and community-building through engaging content and smart distribution.

Key Achievement #1

Built a Multi Channel Podcast Growth Strategy with Clear KPI Alignment. We developed a cross platform content distribution strategy to drive traffic toward Apple and Spotify listings. The roadmap included influencer amplification, SEO driven blog support, TikTok/Instagram Reels repurposing, email campaigns, and audio ads. Campaign success helped to achieve Top 40 podcast rankings in the mental health category.

Key Achievement #2

Executed Full Channel Activation Program. Completed channel specific playbooks spanning organic social, paid amplification, Calm's owned content, and podcast specific PR. Activation was staged for initial launch momentum and sustained mid funnel engagement, ensuring coverage across Calm’s existing ecosystem and net-new audiences.

Key Achievement #3

Launched YouTube Channel with Strong Initial Traction. Successfully launched the Calm Recharge Podcast YouTube channel, surpassing 2,000 subscribers in the first phase of release with only two episodes. Our video strategy combined long form and short form edits, optimized for both search and recommended algorithms.

Developed and Deployed Paid Media Creative Toolkit. Produced a full creative suite for Calm’s paid media campaign—tailored to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube pre-roll, and podcast platforms. Assets featured dynamic waveforms, key quote pulls, guest features, and themed visual identities aligned with Calm’s broader brand system.
